Cultural Issues at Yahoo

These are some interesting articles from The Economist that make intersting reading in comparison to our  research on the culture at Google.

Basically, these articles question whether Yahoo has is right with the type of people culture they are generating.  Why do they  not trust their employees enough to work from home?
