ReplyDeleteI agree that this is a really fascinating article and video. The first testimonial is a classic example of benefits of a flat structure (I think I'm going to be using this for some AS resources for this year) and the second testimonial you'll want to come back to later on when you start to focus on leadership styles in Unit 4. Well done in getting the ball rolling!
